Marley Wins Round 8 in Memphis--Gills Takes AXTour Championship!
#900 Johnny Marley (Left) rode to victory on a borrowed bike to win the final Clash for Cash feature in Memphis Tennessee on Saturday, March 5th. Another fan favorite, #521 Kyle Gills (Right), finished second in the feature and cliched his first Arenacross Tour Championship. Gills rode his Roadrunner Transportation, Hattiesburg Cycles, Southern Auto Solutions, Fly Racing KTM while still recovering from a broken collarbone he received from a supercross crash in Houston, TX. #101 Jesse Moore (Center) finished third in the Feature and second in points for the Arenacross Tour Championship. #231 Jake Lowry (Not pictured) finished third in the Arenacross Tour Championship.
Johnny Marley Wins Round 7 of the Arenacross Tour in Starkville MS
Johnny Marley (Left) got the start he needed to get out front early in the 20 lap "Clash for Cash" feature on Saturday, February 19th at the Mississippi Horse Park in Starkville MS. Marley led the entire race to capture his second win for 2011. #140 Johnny Moore (Middle) had two earlier wins in both the AX Pro and the AX Lites Pro races, and placed second in the Feature. #720 Cameron Stone (Right) raced to third position early in the Feature, then settled in to take third place.
He's Back -- Johnny Marley Returns to Take Round 6 Win in Batesville, Mississippi!
It was great to see 3-time Arenacross Tour Champion #900 Johnny Marley return to the Tour and charge to the front of the pack to win the 20-lap feature "Clash for Cash" on Saturday night. The fans at the Batesville Civic Center had a great time watching Marley open up a substantial lead on the rest of the Pro Class, and even throw some tricks on the last two laps! #101 Jesse Madden got a great start and made it to the podium for the first time this season--finishing second, and #918 Jason Perry from Memphis, TN raced to finish third in the Feature.
Jacob Saylor Takes Round 5 Feature Win in Cookeville, TN
#14 Jacob Saylor, from Knoxville, TN (Right) got a great start and stayed ahead of the carnage Saturday night and rode his Moto Deals, Fly Racing, Scott, TCX, Engine Ice Suzuki to victory--winning his first AX Tour 20 lap "Clash for Cash" feature. #521 Kyle Gills of Wiggins, MS (Center) led the feature for two laps, but then a rare "red flag" restart put him back on the gate with the rest of the stacked field. Gills finished a strong second in the Clash. #231 Jake Lowry of Pearl, MS (Left) hung in for a third place finish after having to navigate through numerous downed riders on the tight Arenacross Tour track at the Hyder-Burks Arena.
Round 4--Cameron Stone Wins His Second Clash For Cash in Philadelphia, MS
#702 Cameron Stone of Birchwood, TN (Left) got a great start on the full gate of pro riders Saturday night, and rode to win the 20 lap feature "Clash for Cash". Stone rode his Barber Cycles, Roost MX, Fly racing Kawasaki to his second feature win of 2011. New to the AX Tour, Floridian Mike Picone (Middle #972) raced Stone hard and finished just half a bike-length for second place! #521 Kyle Gills, of Wiggins, MS (Right) started back in the field, but managed to ride his way up to a solid third place finish.
Johnny Moore Takes Round 3 Feature Win in Hattiesburg, MS
Johnny Moore of Madison, MS (Center) rode his #140 Got Gear Motosports, Anklesavers.com, Moto innovations, Fly Racing Honda to his second victory this year. Arriving extremely focused and determined, he battled with second place finisher Kyle Gills of Wiggins, MS (Left) to a strong finish. Moore and the #521 KTM Gills both demonstrated great respect for one another induring their podium interviews. Heath Harrison (Right) had to battle from back in the pack to put his #69 Honda on the podium for third place.
Cameron Stone Wins Clash For Cash Feature In Murfreesboro--Round 2
Tennessean Cameron Stone (Left) won the 2nd feature of the year at the Tennessee Miller Colesium in Murfreesboro TN. Stone finished an extremely close 2nd for the the championship last year, and this win is his first in 2011. Kyle Gills (Middle) led much of the race, but a close encounter with a rider and the arena wall dropped him into 2nd place. Johnny Moore (Right) ran strong and smooth all night and added a third place finish to his win last week in Jackson, MS.

The 2011 Arenacross Tour is proud to have X-Games gold medalist Scott Murray to perfom a ramp-to-ramp backflip freestyle finale in Jackson Mississippi! Scott will be jumping with other members of Sick Air FMX doing tricks like Cliffangers, Heart Attacks, and Superman Seat Grabs! 2011 Schedule Announced!
We have a great new schedule for this winter's Arenacross Tour! The Tour will begin on January 8th in Jackson, Mississippi, and end on March 5 in Memphis, Tennessee. We will race every weekend with the exception of the last weekend in February.
